I empower LGBTQ+ people to step out of unhelpful patterns and create an authentic, purpose driven life. I am dedicated to helping clients develop their voice, harness their strengths, have satisfying relationships and find simple, realistic solutions that actually work.

I am a lesbian identified therapist, wife to an amazing woman, coparent of a fabulous trans teen, social worker, ally and advocate. 

My pronouns are she/her/hers.  

My counseling style is straightforward, open-minded, affirming, client centered, strengths and empowerment based.  My goal as your therapist is to listen intentionally, nonjudgmentally, approach you with compassion and provide therapy based on your unique needs.
